Return PolicyA very high percentage of issues are resolved over the phone when moms call in with questions about their pump. If you have an issue, please have your pump ready, call us and hopefully we can take care of it right away. If the product has been open and/or used and is functioning, it cannot be returned for credit.
Hygeia will authorize a return when the following conditions are met:
- The customer has called in, with the pump and followed troubleshooting protocols over the phone with our customer care center.
- The pump performance is determined to warrant replacement under our warranty.
Unopened and unused products can be returned to Hygeia with payment of a $75 restocking fee that will be collected and charged to the customer’s credit card. Once the fee is paid, a return label will be sent and the pump will be examined by our quality control department. If it passes quality inspection and the pump is unused and unopened, we will credit the payment made by the insurance company.
